HAPPY HALLOWEEN! for last week :)
no dressing up for me. I went to see greenday :). amazingly amazing!! Though i did manage to make my first ever pumpkin! We scoured round the local super market for any pumpkins, there were none...until! our 3rd lap round the vegetable section we found a little lonesome pumpkin. It was so beautiful and little, and only 75p. but yeah, it wasnt big enough so we went somewhere else and got a massive one. It was only natural to make a pumpkin family! My little pumpkin was the baby, ofcourse.

Then we made pumpkin soup with the left overs. Mmmm, it was alot nicer than what i was expecting.
it was basically the inside bit of the pumpkin, not the stringy horrible bits
and then i put a tin of tomatos in and a pint of vegetable stock. and the boyfriend put lots of thyme in. LOTS.
oh then quite abit of double cream..mmm nice and healthy. :) it was nice nice nice. Here have a picture!!
